Equipment purpose:

This test machine is mainly used for overcharging and discharging of batteries. During the charge and discharge test, the batteries are placed in the explosion-proof box and connected to the external charge and discharge tester to protect the operators and instruments. The test box of this machine can be customized according to the test requirements.

Technical parameters of equipment:

1. Size of each test box: 500 * 500 * 500mm (length * width * height); (can also be customized according to customer requirements)

2. Material: outer box: 1.2mm thick A3 steel plate and treated with baking paint; inner box: sus # 201 stainless steel, 1.0mm thick;

3. Single door, double-layer door, inner box door is made of stainless steel, and silicone sealing strip is added. Observation window is opened on the door;

4. The door is connected with the box by a strong hinge, and the explosion-proof cold handle door lock;

5. Observation window: a 250x250mm transparent observation window is opened on the front of each test box to observe the state of the test products in the test box;

6. The inside of the test box is pasted with Teflon adhesive tape to effectively insulate and flame retardant and easy to clean;

7. A round test hole with a diameter of 50mm is opened on the right side of the box on each floor to facilitate the passage of the test connecting line;

8. A separate test panel controls the lighting and exhaust of each test room. In case of fireworks, the exhaust fan in the box will automatically start to exhaust smoke;

9. The test box is provided with a pressure relief port.
